Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellation and refunds work for WP Guard subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. It does not limit any rights you have that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our plans and billing

• Free Scanner is free. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
• Pro is billed annually.
• Guaranteed is billed annually.

Your subscription begins when your first payment is taken and renews automatically for a further term unless you cancel before the renewal date. All prices are in US dollars.

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing support@wpguard.ai. Your plan then stops renewing, so you will not be billed for another term. You keep everything you have already paid for until the end of the current term, and on the Guaranteed plan your cover runs until then as well.

Refunds

If something is not right, contact us first at support@wpguard.ai. We would rather understand the problem and put it right. Where a refund is due under this policy or under law, we process it to your original payment method.

Any one-time recovery or cleanup work is quoted separately and agreed with you before your site joins Guaranteed. Once that work has been carried out, it reflects time our team has already spent.

Your consumer rights

If you are in Australia, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy or our Terms limits those rights. If you are in another country, you may have similar rights under your local law.
